Amhurst Rd is to the West and runs parallel with the railway until it meets the crossroads with Rectory Rd/Shacklewell Lane. Amhurst road does not border the Downs In between the the Railway line and the Downs are two estates of flats, Evelyn Court and a former LCC estate.
