Contradiction

edit

This article contradicts itself:

"and carried 150 persons, all of whom were lost,"

"she broke up completely within ten minutes and only six of her 150 crew were saved"

Which is true?

Good point. I have assumed the contemporary Times report, not the modern day BBC article and changed accordingly. - I had already made this correction but lost it in an edit conflict, Springnuts (talk) 16:48, 17 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

Battle of Bomarsund

edit

Something to think about and tie into this article? He George Biddlecombe conducted the allied fleets to Cronstadt, and taking charge in Led Sund of the Prince steamer, with upwards of 2,000 French troops on board, he carried that ship to Bomarsund, and was afterwards present at the fall of that fortress.
