This article needs to hold a section regarding the polemic around Grifols company philosophy in Spain. Reciently Grifols, like DKMS, wants to break the currunt system of altruistic blood donation in Spain. --Orissos (talk) 12:12, 28 April 2012 (UTC)Reply

"Romanian immunoglobin supply collusion" needs editing

edit

(Full disclosure: I'm a Grifols employee, so probably shouldn't be the person making the edit - even to correct the factual errors here.) For this section, I suggest using https://www.romania-insider.com/romania-competition-council-fine-pharma as the source - unlike the existing source, this one actually lists what companies were investigated. The article currently says that "the company" (meaning Grifols) was sanctioned. This isn't quite accurate; the company that was sanctioned was Biotest, the actions they were sanctioned for took place in 2015-2018, they were fined in February 2022, and Biotest wasn't acquired by Grifols until April 2022 (source: https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/grifols-completes-the-acquisition-of-biotest-a-strategic-and-transformational-transaction-to-accelerate-growth-and-innovation-301531829.html). So while it's quite fair to list this on the Grifols page, as Biotest is now owned by Grifols, the actions and fine took place before the acquisition. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.63.76.98 (talk) 14:46, 9 December 2022 (UTC)Reply
