Talk:Greenlands, Buckinghamshire

County edit

There is confusion here, as Greenlands is very close to Henley. People assume it too is in Oxon, but geographically, it is in Bucks. See here for a fact file which shows the Oxon/Bucks border right up to Henley. There must be better sources than this, but that's all I could find. Reworded previous edit so to remove implication that Henley is in Bucks, whilst accepting Greenlands is a_boardley (talk) 16:47, 28 April 2009 (UTC)Reply

Merger proposal edit

The article Greenlands, Henley-on-Thames appears to duplicate this one.--Cavrdg (talk) 19:22, 7 July 2009 (UTC)Reply

Greenlands isn't in Henley to start with, so I'd stick with this one. 'Greenlands' seems perfectly fine to me. Oliver Fury, Esq. message • contributions 19:42, 7 July 2009 (UTC)Reply
I'll redirect Greenlands, Henley-on-Thames to Greenlands in the next twenty four hours, unless I receive objection. The articles duplicate each other, and the "Henley-on-Thames" in the article title is both misleading and unneccesary. Oliver Fury, Esq. message • contributions 04:34, 13 July 2009 (UTC)Reply
