I find the topic of the article "significant, interesting, or unusual enough to deserve attention or to be recorded." Mr. Bartram is an officer in two of the most important vexillological institutions of the world (FIAV and the Flag Institute) and an author of notable work on the field of vexillology. Information on the article is reliable and verifiable.--Banderas (talk) 10:39, 5 April 2010 (UTC)
