Personally I do not see why not "first us of chemicals weapons against the British in WW1" or some such.Slatersteven (talk) 16:21, 21 April 2018 (UTC)Reply

Too many words not enough information; how about German Phosgene attack (19 December 1915)?Keith-264 (talk) 17:40, 21 April 2018 (UTC)Reply

Nice idea. I will move it to German Phosgene attack (19 December 1915) tomorrow if no one objects. L293D ( • ) 18:09, 26 April 2018 (UTC)Reply

@Srnec: There was more than one phosgene attack in 1915. Keith-264 (talk) 11:49, 2 January 2019 (UTC)Reply
On the other hand, there might not have been more on the Western Front that year....Keith-264 (talk) 11:58, 2 January 2019 (UTC)Reply
You are looking for Dekimasu. He removed the day from the title. I only decapitalised "Phosgene". Srnec (talk) 18:16, 2 January 2019 (UTC)Reply
I noted the sentence "The next substantial German gas attacks against the British took place from 27 to 29 April 1916" in the article before removing the rest of the date. If it remains necessary to clarify that this took place in December, that information should go at the front of the title rather than the end, where it would appear to be an unnecessary disambiguator (since there is no article or redirect at German phosgene attack). Best, Dekimasuよ! 19:14, 2 January 2019 (UTC)Reply
