This article was recently PRODed. While it is certainly a stub, the topic is essentially notable on the basis of WP:GNG as a cursory google search would have revealed. Here are some examples:

Theo Francken tries to dissuade Georgians from seeking asylum (2018) - there was also plenty of coverage of this in French and Dutch language sources
Georgian involvement in criminal activities in Belgium
Anti-Russian political agitation
