1st building in North America to lease its air rights???? edit

The entry describes the Main Branch of the Ottawa Library as being the 1st building in North Amercica to lease its air rights. This is false. This was done in New York City in April 1970. New York City is in North America and 1970 is before the previous Main Library in Ottawa was even tore down.
