Birthday conflict

edit

There are two published birthdates for Geoffrey Holder: 1 August 1930 and 20 August 1930. The Encyclopedia of African-American Culture and History, as cited by PBS "Great Performances - Biography, Geoffrey Holder", says 20 August 1930. http://www.pbs.org/wnet/freetodance/biographies/holder.html There is a copy of the book on Scribd: http://www.scribd.com/doc/55208607/Vol-3-G-L (search or jump to page 1086)

This Wikipedia article says 1 August 1930, without a citation. However, there are other biographies on the web that say the 1st, but they are not sourced either.

I think the date should change. — Kegill (talk) 09:34, 27 November 2011 (UTC)Reply

Filmography not complete

edit

Geoffrey Holder appeared twice in the 1966 Ron Ely's Tarzan television series Tarzan. On one episode, he portrayed a psychotic witch doctor. There is no mention of this body of work. IMDB has a more complete biography. TonyMath (talk) 13:38, 10 December 2014 (UTC)Reply

Geoffrey Holder also produced a book of photographs of the male nude. It must have been published some time in the 1990s. Nuttyskin (talk) 08:24, 26 May 2018 (UTC)Reply
