Maybe things are different in the US, but here in NZ minced garlic often refers simply to minced garlic cloves perhaps with some liquid to keep them moist and preservative. Garlic powder is not called minced garlic. Nil Einne (talk) 23:57, 26 December 2016 (UTC)Reply
