This article needs to be reviewed. it is not factual, and is confusing.... I dont know if the dish that in this article is called Galinha à Africana is the same as the Frango Assado in Portugal (with Mozambican piri-piri). I was very surprized to see this dish here. What is eaten all trough Portugal is "frango assado", roasted poult, young chicken not mature chicken. It is not really a dish, just something you buy everywhere, already roasted and you take home, to acompany with fried chips mostly, or rice or many other things. It can have or not some kind of spicy sauce. I saw an article about Oporto wherre it said it was a typical dish and even called "`Africana" that means african style. I think it doesn’t make sense for "African chicken" to redirect straight here, since the phrase could also refer to any chicken dish from Africa itself (as opposed to Macau), or to the many varieties of live chickens indigenous to Africa.
