Talk:Frostie Root Beer

Moving discussion that was in the article:

"Whatever became of the operation in Camden, New Jersey? Sarsaparilla was taken out of Frostie long before 69 when I worked for them. They bragged that because they did not have to replace the flavours with artificial ingredients overnight as they had already substituted them, it gave them an edge on all the companies that had not already done so. I was told that the FDA had found sarsaparilla cancerous at that time. That always amazed me as I know it was and is still used in a good many consumables. So, that can not be fact. I know of no health risk from natural sarsaparilla. But apparently sarasaparilla is banned by the FDA." —Preceding unsigned comment added by 63.148.235.6 (talk) 17:50, 14 July 2009 (UTC)Reply
