The entry:

on LoPbN Wil appears to be a misinterpretation of refs that Google turns up on him, confounding info on mercury delay lines with the Williams tube, and/or construing the early use of mercury delay lines (AFAIK a sequential rather than random memory) to be the first RAM (which is attributed to him).
