I added some material from a google search but it needs to be checked by someone with more information and interest in the topic. I tagged it as NPOV after I added the material on human rights.

we should look for more authoritative web sites to link to. The ones I used have high google ratings but that doesn't make them authoritative. RJFJR 21:54, 25 September 2005 (UTC)Reply
