Question ???

Hi, I was just wondering what does the castle represent on the flag? is it a real castle in the region? or what? also what is the little symbol that is put above the castle? what does it represent? If there is any links about this then people present them so we can improve this article. Thanx 82.45.201.125 (talk) 21:55, 15 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

The castle symbolizes, on the one hand, the city of Kaliningrad with its military resp. strategic importance and, on the other hand, also the old (Prussian; German) Königsberg. The open doors shall symbolize openness. 2003:E8:5F1F:3C81:5110:DE10:2FFC:10DC (talk) 00:56, 22 January 2021 (UTC)Reply
