This individual is the first CEO of NICO Holdings Limited post colonial Malawi and has served in the capacity of CEO for 25 years let alone worked for the same company for 41 years. Steering this company from a small domestic insurance business to a regional player in the SADC region of Africa with interests in hospitalities, insurance and banking. I believe this a worthy achievement worth notability of this article to be published
