Yeah, sorry, that was me a long time ago. I failed to tag the article using "NRHP dab needing cleanup" and hence failed to get back to it. This was on my watchlist so i saw your edit. Cleaned it up just now, i hope should be okay now. By the way I think it is properly labelled a disambiguation page, not a SIA, currently, though potentially someone could do a set index article on the topic of Federal Reserve Bank buildings. Thanks! --doncram (talk) 14:46, 16 February 2010 (UTC)Reply
  • Well, then maybe it wasn't a dump job! Some guy wrote that that means "an act of avoiding unwanted responsibility", and clearly you did want it. I dunno if an SIA requires more than a list to qualify; my logic was that it doesn't qualify as a Dab bcz no one could reasonably expect "Federal Reserve Bank Building" to be an article describing a single building. (Hmm, no one who knows what the Federal Reserve System is, i suppose; i guess i knew where one was before i knew what it was.) I'd also argue that the NRHP info does not facilitate Dab'n & is therefore not permitted by MoSDab, and i'd urge you to consider a single Dab-style non-section heading per pg, something like
Structures on the National Register of Historic Places:
instead of the repetitive describptions, to alleviate the clutter & thus lessen the probability of a Dab-CU fanatic savaging such pgs. (Or to help disguise it as a Dab [wink].)
But in any case the distinction doesn't excite me enuf to do an edit that would have no other purpose.
BTW, you might be interested in or amused by what drew my attention to it: it was on a list output by a new 'bot whose criterion is ratio of characters to links, on Dab pages! The unlk'd text made it a sitting duck. (Do i recall that this wasn't the only example involving an NRHP listee?)
