I searched David Weinstein's book The Forgotten Network, DuMont and the Birth of American Television plus newspapers.com, and found no mention of this series. An article found through JSTOR just mentioned the series was the first soap opera. Fortunately, I located a short Variety review through the Media History Digital Library.
