Dear Wikipedians, Fanny Butcher was a female news person prominent in her time. Very little information is available on her in the general media. I request that you please not delete this article because it is my hope that others with more information on this person might see it and then extend it with other sources and data. thanks...UnlinedPage (talk) 15:49, 15 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

deleting Fanny Butcher entry edit

I also hope the Fanny Butcher entry will remain in place. She was a prominent reviewer of 20th century American fiction, and her papers are held by the Newberry Library in Chicago, which seems a sign of her importance. However, there doesn't seem to be a handy biographical source for her online, and Wikipedia would be a good place for the development of one. Thanks. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Hwjohnson (talkcontribs) 21:56, 2 January 2008 (UTC)Reply
