The is no requirement that the sources be in English, but it's strongly preferred that some are. The sole english-langage source, while not unreliable really, isn't exactly scholarly. Again, there is no requirement that it must be, but this would be preferred. Someone with the inclination should consider spending some time at Google Scholar to improve the references.
