Name of street edit

The New York Stock Exchange made its headquarters in the Merchants' Exchange from 1827 until 1835. It was not located on Broad street then. (Historic Structures Report: New York Stock Exchange, item 7, paragraph 1 NRHP). The name "Exchange Place" dates from 1827. (Street Plan of New Amsterdam and Colonial New York, p. 10, paragraph 4 NYCLPC). Therefore, it couldn't derive from the presence of the New York Stock Exchange on Broad Street, as we state.
