There is confusion over which chapter is correctly named Delta chapter (two groups claim that name), and which chapter is correctly named Mu chapter (similarly, two groups claim that name.) Further, two of Epsilon Eta's recently formed chapters do not have a clear name designation.
The national fraternity does not presently have a website, nor physical mailing address. Please update the infobox if these are established. Jax MN (talk) 23:55, 2 February 2023 (UTC)Reply
I forgot to post that I heard back from chapter representatives back when I was working on this article. These chapters do, in fact, have the same name. No one could say which chapter came first; they only knew their own history. Rublamb (talk) 19:50, 19 November 2023 (UTC)Reply
