Copyediting edit
I started to do some copyediting of this article, but have found the Electricity production section confusing. Shouldn't hydro be included under the renewables heading? Is peat normally regarded as renewable? Any clarification would be welcome. Johnfos (talk) 21:08, 5 March 2008 (UTC)
- Actually all electricity section needs to be updated and restructured as there is ongoing unbundling process to separate production units from RAO UES. I think there is no problem to move hydro to the renewables section. Concerning peat, there are different approaches. Some countries consider it to be renewable, some not. I don't knew about Russia, but the EC renewable directive doesn't consider peat as renewable.Beagel (talk) 21:33, 5 March 2008 (UTC)
There are obviously content issues which need to be sorted out before further copyediting can be done... Johnfos (talk) 22:43, 5 March 2008 (UTC)
