I like the article, it covers the topic well. I just have a few minor suggestions:
Lead
edit- "It won two awards in France and one in North America." What was the North American award it won? I’m not sure it is mentioned in the article.
Production
edit- "he removed parts that were too sensational or dramatized" -> "he removed parts he felt were too sensational or dramatized"
- "In the first draft, Elmer was an actor and the story was told entirely from his point of view." The character isn't introduced by name before this point, so you should consider adding a description of who he is.
Publication
edit- 'This self-promotion received good reviews from well-known writers like Steven Grant and Neil Gaiman and a widely read interview with Tom Spurgeon on "The Comics Reporter."' Was it the self-promotion or the comic books that had good reviews? Right now, it reads as though the promotion itself received good reviews.
- The article uses both Pilipino (in this section) and Filipino (in the lead). Choose one.
Plot
edit- "Elmer recorded his concerns about their effect Jake in his diary." This doesn't make sense. I think you mean "their effect on Jake".
Critical reception
edit- The image’s relevance could be explained more thoroughly in the caption or text.
- What did Steven Grant and Neil Gaiman say about the comics? I would consider adding them here given they are referenced earlier.
