This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because Eli Templeton has amde his AFL debut and all professional AFL players who have played at least one game should have a Wikipedia page about them.
Throw in at least one reference per WP:BLP and whomever comes by to check the CSD will see it and - if it's a good source they'll probably change it from CSD to 'cleanup needed'.
