This page should not be speedily deleted because... I need more time to turn it into wikipediable. This page has existed in Estonian language (Eesti) version in Wikipedia and --Ramram206 (talk) 13:21, 31 March 2015 (UTC)
The article is about a system that is used by 90% of Estonian school network involving their parents, pupils and teachers (nearly 1/3 of an entire country). I find it to be significant in public interest and would like users of English language to find information about it from neutral source. Help to make it more suitable for Wikipedia is appriciated Ramram206 (talk) 13:35, 31 March 2015 (UTC)
To back my claims I've added links to many reliable sources:
- Yahoo! News
- BBC News
- Home page of capital city Tallinn
- Larger Estonian news portals: Õhtuleht, Postimees,
- Scientific research
