Friendly Observation edit

Joey, Monica, Rachel? What is up with the use of the Friends monikers in the examples? Is this part of a larger wikipedia tradition that I am unaware of? Leontes 00:46, 14 February 2006 (UTC)Reply

  • Just a prediliction - easy names, you know, that immediately strike a chord. Also, I like to make them kill each other (evil laugh). bd2412 T 00:53, 14 February 2006 (UTC)Reply

DYING DECLARATION MADE IN A STATE OF SHOCK edit

Not clear what this section is - is it part of the India section? Or meant to be another main heading? The inclusion of a dictionary entry is non-standard too. Generally needs some wikification. Ben Finn 12:16, 18 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

Yeah and the whole India section needs to be re-written or deleted I think. The reproduction permission assertion isn't really supported and the link is broken

too. --joeOnSunset 07:04, 16 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Anywhere else? edit

Are dying declarations still law anywhere other than the US and India? The history segment suggests its origins are in British law, but there's nothing on that more recent than medieval law.24.69.217.125 (talk) 05:21, 7 June 2013 (UTC)Reply
