I am a fan of Doyle but the bit in here about Eric Clapton being "stumped" trying to learn 2 of Doyle's songs is hilarious. Thank you for a good old chuckle.
Response: I believe Eric was stumped with respect to some of Doyle's riffs, which were less obvious to Eric since he doesn't play an upside-down guitar....

"Doyle usually plays the Fender Stratocaster but will occasionally play some Gibson guitars, either playing on left-handed models or right-handed models upside-down. Doyle plays guitar left-handed but his guitars are strung as if to be played by a right-handed player. In other words, the low E string is at the bottom of his guitar, and the high string at the top. This fact and his unique playing style can be seen clearly in the "In the Flesh: Live" DVD footage." Anyone know why he learned to play this way? Work with Roger Waters edit
There should be some mention of Doyle performing during the tours of Roger Waters of Pink Floyd in 2000. He served as a lead guitarist (along with Andy Fairweather-Low and Snowy White) and lead vocalist. Here's an example: [1] --Leahtwosaints (talk) 08:50, 13 August 2010 (UTC)
