Of the first 31 sentences in this article, 17 begin with "She" and 6 with her name. The second paragraph in Research and career is the most extreme example. The short sentences make the article choppy. The article would benefit from a copy edit, combining related sentences, varying terminology, and varying sentence structure (such as beginning a sentence with a subordinate clause rather than the subject).
