Copyvio (or not?) edit
I've tagged the article for G12 speedy as copyright violation, because it appears to be a direct translation of the source cited. That said, I don't know if translations technically qualify as copyvios — if not, I'd be grateful if whoever is rejecting the speedy on the grounds that they don't, could drop me a note to say so.
