Correction to ancestry of Dennis Brutus edit

The New York Times obituary to Dennis Brutus states that he was of "French, Italian and African ancestry". However, according to Brutus' own recollections in his "Essays on Autobiography", it turns out he was of German descent on his father's side, and of Dutch, Hottentot/Khoisan and possibly also Malay descent on his mother's side. Later in the same book, he also speaks of Malaysian, English and French ancestry. He considered himself very much a "citizen of the world". — Preceding unsigned comment added by 188.115.53.56 (talk) 22:53, 14 December 2013 (UTC)Reply
