This page is not unambiguously promotional, because the organisation in question (Demos Helsinki) does have a significant enough impact that it would warrant a wikipedia page in English (it already has one in Finnish). I believe that the "Policy Influence" section may be the reason why this page was flagged, which was inspired by the "Brookings Institution" Wiki. I can change this section to something more descriptive, such as "Overview", and enhance the content to reflect Demos Helsinki's notable achievements more, and do so in a "non-promotional" manner. This is my first created page, so perhaps the content is not up to the standards of objectivity yet that are outlined by Wikipedia, but I would rather receive guidance on how to fix this, rather than have the page deleted prematurely.
