"In the Social Sphere" -- not neutral?

The paragraph headed "In the Social Sphere" asserts that "the world has tended to strengthen the organization of life without family," with (presumably negative, the English is somewhat unclear) consequences for family structure and value systems. Is this the only widely accepted viewpoint, or are there other perspectives which also deserve mention? This article shouldn't exist

While demographic problems still exist in Russia, it's very dubious to still be calling this a crisis (much less claiming that Russia's very existence is in danger - talk about sensationalist), as all demographic metrics have seen significant improvements over the past decade. The population is currently seeing positive natural growth, positive immigration, declining death rates, growing fertility rates etc. Moreover, aforementioned issues are detailed in Demographics of Russia with much more neutrality and with proper citation. The last section of this article is pretty much unintelligible English. While grammitically it appeared ok, the sentences make no sense. In fact the whole article is a very challenging read due to the incoherent English used, however the last section is particularly bad.

Nuked the "Threats" section. Bunch of racist stuff with zero references. And most important thing, it's not even relevant to the article, that's not what "demographic crisis" is. Then there's also "Chances are that the first territorial losses will be in Siberia and Russian Far East. This is due both to the depopulation of these lands because of low birth rates and internal migration to the European part of Russia, and to the demographic pressure from Asian countries (especially China)" — conspiracy theories with no source.
