edits to lead "In competitive sport, degree of difficulty"
editI improved the lead by added the necessary context first (as is standard on wikipedia) but it was reverted. wp:begin if the title is a specialised term, provide the context as early as possible.[6] Volunteer1234 (talk) 18:50, 18 August 2017 (UTC)
- Clearly, there is disagreement over whether this was an improvement. I contend it was not. WP:BEGIN doesn't mean putting context before the title term, which should always go first if possible. As to process, restoring an edit that was reverted without gaining a consensus is called edit warring, and it's not going to make life easy for you here. In the absence of consensus, the status quo stands. If you think a consensus of editors will agree with you on this edit, it's on you to prove that. You can advertise the discussion in various places, but be very careful not to CANVAS for your position. —swpbT 16:55, 24 August 2017 (UTC)
- I leave this page to you the WP:OWNER. Improving it has not been possible. Thanks! Volunteer1234 (talk) 16:25, 27 April 2018 (UTC)
