I disagree. The statement "...Silverstein planned and executed the Devon Avenue Streetscape, a $15 million project on Devon Avenue in the 50th Ward." is an exaggeration, because the streetscape planning was started before Silverstien was elected in 2011 (beating out incumbent Bernard Stone), and the city's Planning Department's staff had significant roles in planning and and excecuting the streetscape (for better and worse, IMO).
