Sunday service

edit

Does anyone remember a short lived series from 1997/98 in which Blair was depicted as a C of E vicar. It was usually on at around 10:30pm on Sunday evenings for about ten minutes and he would deliver a sermon. Unfortunately I can't remember the actor who played him, but it's worth adding to the list if someone can find some details. Cheers TheRetroGuy (talk) 12:49, 7 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

Ah, got it. It was Sermon from St. Albion's starring Harry Enfield ([1]). TheRetroGuy (talk) 13:10, 7 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

TV Movie on TB's Youth

edit

I am sure that I remember a TV movie spoofing Blair's school and university career and how he 'pulled strings'to enter politics, probaly shown on channel 4 in the early 2000's. Ithink that Blair was played by Michael Sheen. Does anyone know anthing about this Barney Bruchstein (talk) 14:20, 27 August 2014 (UTC)Reply

Friday/Saturday/Election Night Armistice

Thanks to Armando Iannucci I shall always think of him as Mister Tony Blair – see https://mobile.twitter.com/davidschneider/status/1180610391166062598. I reckon Mister Tony Blair deserves a place in the article. Mr Larrington (talk) 22:13, 18 May 2022 (UTC)Reply
