I changed the line saying the castle is located in Pollok to it being in Crookston, which is a part of the Greater Pollok district (this message time doesnt match the edit time because I only just worked out how to put my user sig in properly).
Do Greater Pollok and Greater Govan actually have any meaning? Fraslet 16:10, 26 October 2006 (UTC)
Yes. Greater Pollok and Greater Govan represent administrative areas of Glasgow City Council, the names of the areas being centered on the main administrative HQ or largest area. Greater Govan, for example, extends to include Linthouse and parts of Ibrox, but these areas are not 'Govan' per se, even though some people refer to them as such.
