Sourcing edit

The sourcing currently in the article does not appear to meet the criteria for what Wikipedia needs.

Sources should be reliable and independent and provide significant coverage of the subject. Those here (and others I found) were either not independent (being press releases, or otherwise directly from the company) or not providing significant coverage.

I could not find any sources which would meet the criteria, and so I have been unable to find evidence that the company meets the notability criteria for inclusion on Wikipedia.

I will give a short time for others to find suitable sources (as I said, I have looked but not found any), but then will consider taking this article to Articles for deletion.

Conflict Disclosure - Just Now Learning About Policies edit

I am not new to Wikipedia, but I am just now wrapping my mind around the various conflict of interest policies. I do want to disclose that I work for ValueClick Brands, a subsidiary of ValueClick, Inc., which owns websites like Investopedia and CouponMountain.com. While I do realize that my affiliation could be considered a conflict of interest, I do wish to reiterate that I wholeheartedly support Wikipedia's commitment to unbiased information from a neutral point of view.

While I do wish to contribute to my companies' pages, my motivation comes from my underlying commitment to the Internet industry. ValueClick has been a major player in the sector, and we've been at the center of many debates in both a positive and negative light. I do think that even though I work for ValueClick, I am committed enough to Wikipedia to reconcile any potential conflicts of interest.

I openly encourage and welcome anyone to evaluate my contributions to the Coupon Mountain and ValueClick pages as well as any others for affiliated pages like Commission Junction and Investopedia.

I am not here to sell any products, nor am I here to write a promotional pitch. I am here to share knowledge, good and bad, about topics that I know and understand quite well. I just happen to work for a couple of them, but in no way will that affiliation ever overpower my belief in and support for the value that Wikipedia provides. For that reason, I want to take extra caution to make sure that I avoid problems resulting from perceived conflict of interest. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ritika.puri (talkcontribs) 00:01, 15 December 2011 (UTC)Reply
