Article unchanged in real terms, since its original posting edit

All of the poor sourcing and poor source formatting, leading this to be a near fully dead-linked article, were a part of its original structure from its original editing session. Besides calling attention to the current poor state of affairs, here, I further call attention to the general issue of article stubs being accepted without adequate or proper sourcing. Much of the dead sourcing has been addressed, but the bare URLs and a couple dead links remain. Note, the Cromie, Harvard Gazette source is not independent, and needs to be balanced, and the Kunzig (2000) book is independent, but remains underused in this article.
