BLP edit edit

I've made significant edits to this article to conform with basic WP:BLP policies, so I'll note here what and why:

  1. Removed overly self-serving claims per WP:BLPSPS including:
    1. This subject "is one of the world's leading experts on customer satisfaction measurement, stock portfolio returns on customer satisfaction, and the impact of aggregate customer satisfaction on economic growth," citing this publication by his employer, Tianjin University (reporting on its own award), as well as several other publications that do not actually support this claim. The Tianjin cite only supports the "one of the world's leading experts" claim, so I removed the rest because we can't cobble together what sources don't say directly (see WP:OR, WP:SYNTH). At any rate, a better supporting cite for this claim would be ideal, since it's asserting notability.
    2. "At the 100-year anniversary of the Stockholm School of Economics in 2009, he was awarded an honorary doctorate in economics" supported by another publication of his employer
    3. "Fornell is recognized as the most influential marketing science scholar in the world. His article on structural equations in the Journal of Marketing Research is the most cited article in the history of that publication," supported by the publication by his employer and Fornell's own publication. First, the supporting cites don't actually say this; second, these are clearly not reliable sources independent of the subject.
  2. Removed unsupported claims regarding education and honorary degrees.
  3. Removed the massive "partial bibliography" after external links. The most relevant publications are mentioned within the prose, so the list added little meaning to the content. Any reader will know this subject is extensively published. See also WP:RESUME.
  4. A few cites, such as the NYT Q&A and the Housing Zone article didn't seem to support much anything, but they are very relevant to this subject. I've moved them to the external link section.

Many primary sources remain; it would be best to replace them with the reviews they've apparently garnered. Otherwise, since they're scholarly primary sources subject to review, they're not exactly WP:SPS, so I've left them. It's hard to tell, but this subject's notability might be WP:INHERITed from his work, meaning the information about him might best belong in the American Customer Satisfaction Index article.
