Image:CircusandtheBeatles.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Edit warring

There have been persistent efforts to add to this article about the actual magazine Circus information about some guy named Rothberg who has bought rights to the name; some of them by a person claiming to be Rothberg. If there is going to be a new website called Circus it will not be the magazine which this article describes; it will be a website. If the website ever actually comes into being, and if it becomes notable, then create a new article called Cream (website). Joseph Worley who is lisited on this page never had any association with CIRCUS Magazine the legendary rock publication founded by Gerald Rothberg. In fact every printed issue has Gerald Rothberg at top of masthead.
