Marshall Jim Crown was a deep voice mans man. handsome, smooth talking and sexy. he was fast on the draw and covered the whole Cimmrron territory. with frances and macgreager as his depatey . there was dalcie a young girl who shows up to claim the bar her father left. it turned out the marshalls office was located the the same building. jim and her first meeting is funny were jim is taking a bath and she is hiding behind curtains. she turns the bar into a dinner, bar with rooms to rent . in between taking care of crimminals and keeping the peace the four bond a friendship.- kathleen breakfield--2600:1700:EBB0:7080:3922:F265:A92B:30B9 (talk) 19:29, 14 February 2020 (UTC) The massive edit in April leaves only the barest sketch of what the show was like and the uninitiated reader now comes away with no notion of the scope and grandeur of the series, which seems a disservice (given the lavish scenery and topnotch casts, watching the show actually came surprisingly close to seeing a new 75-minute movie each week). Changing the comment about the demise of the show from noting the expense to simple low ratings seems misleading, also, since the show was extraordinarily costly to mount and this was commonly viewed at the time as playing the largest part in the cancellation after only one season. Copyedited

I've gone through the summaries and tried to rewrite and copyedit the best I could given the limited summaries available. Much of the original detail was copy-pasted directly from tviv.org so I had to rewrite a bunch and moved that to the reference section. Please review and correct where there might be mistakes in assumptions. Inaccuracy

The "DVD release" section, though sourced, is inaccurate because the source is inaccurate. Whitman had previously been selling the episodes on individual Region 1 DVDs through his personal website since 2002. The 2014 Entertainment One release was the first time the series was released as a boxed set of eight discs, as opposed the the one-episode-per-disc format used by Whitman. 12.233.147.42 (talk) 22:44, 4 September 2014 (UTC)
