Wikiproject biography has assessed this as start class. I'll be agreeable, though I'm tempted to call it a stub. I know it has his picture. However, it can really be significantly improved by referenced information on his publications, thought as a thinker, political achievements beyond offices held and sought, etc. Gallador (talk) 15:07, 28 July 2008 (UTC)
