Why does this list exist?

As of this writing, the only difference between this list and List of Nintendo GameCube games is that this list has the day/month of each release, not just the year. That's... a really minor difference for a separate list; why not just put the full dates in the parent list? --PresN 14:01, 23 March 2015 (UTC)

Oh, that's what you meant in the edit summary. I don't mind merging this article into the main article. I want to do the same with Chronology of Wii games and List of Wii games but I've been reading in talk page about why they end up being splitted because of the size. I've made a preview table with several games from the other article with their specific release dates from this article. The columns are getting bit crowded. Maybe not good idea to merge into the main article if we have to worry about the limited window width.

See what I mean, this is the table with several games that stretched the table width as much as possible in the other article, they have "nowrap" codes with them so the page height will not be stretched excessively when the window width is getting pretty slim. Go ahead and snap your window to left/right (On Windows 7 and up) and see what it's like. When you're on 1080p the table in other article will barely fit but not this.
