Discrepancy edit

I have noted a discrepancy in the time he commenced his tenure as Assistant Secretary of State in the main article he has the position in "In April 1981, Assistant Secretary of State Crocker was dispatched to Africa on a two-week, eleven-nation tour to lay the groundwork for the new policy." While in the Bio box he does not commence this position until June 9, 1981 a clarification would be good.
