Translations/Sources Should add Chervonets graphic as found on the Polish page.

A note on the etymology (presumed) is probably worthwhile... That is Chervonyj literally is a red colored coin, and as alleged in several places, the red-gold coinds are "pure."

Number of SSRs

I don't think there were 15 SSRs by 1939. "Pure Gold"

Sorry, could you explain me how exactly "chrvonnoe zoloto" means "pure gold"? "Chervonnoe zoloto" is a gold with copper having a typical reddish color (hence the name). Duplicate structure

Haven't dug into the article's history to understand how this came about but it seems like the history sections are duplicated, two sections for pre-revolution and two sections for Soviet-era coinage. 173.71.222.95 (talk) 01:20, 20 September 2021 (UTC)
