Old talk edit

"The University graduates a lot of specialists for the city enterprises: engineers, economists, managers, interpreters, spin doctors and many others." Funny. I understand the article was written by Russian speakers who didn't realize what is "spin doctor". Overall, the article is written in bad English with a lot of Russian language influence and should be corrected by someone who speaks English at least fluently.

I just went ahead and removed that, plus some other overly optimistic statements about the cinemas. This needs some attention.. and references..! WijzeWillem (talk) 11:02, 31 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

Area edit

The infobox states that the area of the city is 120.9 km2 (46.7 sq mi); a number sourced to this (page 524; or 251 of that particular pdf). The source, however, says that the area is "120.9 тыс. км²"; i.e. 120,900 km2 (46,700 sq mi). While that most definitely is a typo in the source, it makes the whole number suspect. If there are any other sources, please use them instead. In the meanwhile, I marked the area figure as {{dubious}}.—Ëzhiki (Igels Hérissonovich Ïzhakoff-Amursky) • (yo?); March 27, 2012; 20:38 (UTC)
