Graduate of National College of State Trial Judges University of Colorado and graduate Military Judges School University of Virginia in 1969. He served as chief justice of the Wyoming Supreme Court from 1987-1989 and was chief justice retired of the Wyoming Supreme Court (general assignment) from his retirement in 1988 to his death.[1]
