Clave and instrumentationEdit

As far as I know, Cha Cha Chá has no clave. The bell does not play as the bongo bell does in son, it is the same pattern over all bars, and claves are not used as an instrument. Wasn't the "removal" of clave done on purpose to simplify it for non-Cuban dancers who are not used to the concept of clave? As far as I know, this would be flutes and violins, several singers, piano, bass, timbales, congas optionally. [1] And isn't it usually slower than mambo? Moving pageEdit

I moved this page from Cha-cha-cha (music) to Cha-cha-chá (music). The article uses "cha-cha-chá" exclusively. I expect it was titled the way it was to avoid the accent, but per WP:TSC, it's okay for a page title to contain accents as long as there are redirects that use only standard characters. cymru.lass (talkcontribs) 02:50, 1 December 2015 (UTC)Reply[reply]
