I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Thai Central Locations Need Updating

I noticed that there is at least one Central missing from the list. That would be the Central located in Surin. There are most likely several more missing from the list as during that period many were built around Thailand. 27.55.154.138 (talk) 00:17, 18 March 2018 (UTC)

Hungarian Central Group
